YOU APPLY FOR THE SETUP SERVICE

Once approved, you'll receive a proposal (the contract + payment plan.) Once that's paid, you'll receive a link to my calendar to schedule your strategy call, access to your client workbook, and timeline details to kick off your project. Before our VIP Day, you’ll have (4-5) four pre-work assignments.

  • First up – a questionnaire about your business and current processes.

  • Second, create a step-by-step list of your process for your most popular service (s).

  • Third, complete a workbook to help develop content for your proposals (or brochures).

  • Lastly, one final content workbook for the Service or Welcome guide you selected. Don't worry! You'll get detailed instructions at a pace that makes sense.

SETTING UP YOUR TEMPLATES & SYSTEMS

Think of it like a “White Glove” service if you will. Once you submit your pre-work, we’ll have our 90-minute WORKFLOW STRATEGY SESSION.

  • We’ll kick off our call by going over your homework as well as any questions you have and filling in any gaps.

  • Next, we’ll review the workflow maps I’ve created for you to make sure that they’ll work for your business.

  • Finally, we’ll wrap up the call by reviewing all of the new assets you’ll be getting with your new system, and we’ll discuss design and content options to make sure it suits your needs.

YOUR WORKFLOW SYSTEMS ARE AUTOMATED FOR LAUNCH

During your VIP Day, my team and I will create all of the workflows and assets we spoke about during the homework review and strategy session. You are free to go about your day as you please, but we ask that you be available via messenger to go over any clarifying questions.

  • After your day is complete, I’ll send your Goodbye guide with a walkthrough/training video of your new system and links to any resources, content, or assets we created for you.

  • At the close of your VIP day, I'll send over a recording, where I'll train you on how to use your shiny new biz system! The recording is yours to keep forever, should you need to reference it anytime!

Our all-inclusive set-up covers company-branded client portals, build-out of your schedulers and availability for different meeting types, creation of packages and payment plans, and connection of the virtual meeting software of your choice. We’ll even create your email signature for FREE!

FILES, FORMS, AND CUSTOMIZATION

We will create all of your emails, forms, files, questionnaires, and additional templates – no more remaking the same form over again. We will also add branded customization to your files and forms with stand-out custom headers, footers, fonts, and colors. What better way to show your client the power of branding?

CUSTOM PROPOSAL AND BROCHURE DESIGN

Pave the way for a stellar client experience and seal the deal by showcasing your brand with your very first interaction with new potential clients. Your business brochures can be sent in response to a lead inquiry form or after a consult call – it can also be used as a welcome guide, service guide, and entailed questionnaire.

A year from now, you'll wish you had started today...

  • Not far at all, although you must know the process(es) of your business. That means that you’ve had a few clients already and you know what steps you follow to complete the work for your clients.

  • HoneyBook VIP Days must be booked at least two weeks in advance. This gives you time to provide the necessary materials (do your homework) and it gives me time to prepare for your VIP day!

  • 3 WEEKS OF PREP + PLAN, 3 DAYS TO PRODUCE

    In order to complete everything in one weekend, I'll need all of the information I can get from you. To avoid rushing (and missing important stuff), your completed pre-work assignments are due three (3) weeks before your chosen start date, NO exceptions. For you, prep work typically takes 3-4 hours if you do it all in one sitting. You don’t have to complete it all at once though! If you don’t have any onboarding processes set up in your business yet, it will probably take twice as long though. I include a checklist to make it as easy as possible for you. Keep in mind, that all prep work MUST be completed in order for me to set up your account.

  • Not at all! We’ll have a quick 10 minute chat, at the start of your VIP day.

    After that, you’re free to go about your day as usual. I just need you to be available for questions throughout the day via chat or email.

  • Yes, I do. A 50% deposit is due up-front to secure your VIP day. Then your balance is due 24-hours before your scheduled VIP day starts.

  • Yes, of course! Your confirmation email will include a reschedule link for your convenience. You must reschedule AT LEAST 72 hours in advance, but please reach out if you have an emergency.

    After 2 reschedule requests, your package will be canceled and NO refunds will be provided.

  • No. I do not offer refunds for this service. If you have an emergency, I’m happy to reschedule your day.

    However, if you do not complete the prep work and don’t reschedule, I will be unable to complete your account setup. I’ll do as much as I can with what you provide, but there will be NO refunds approved.

  • When your support time is up, you can hire KIMM on an hourly retainer basis to take care of your new system and workflows for you so you can continue to slay in your zone of genius. You’ll get your very own fully trained Virtual Assistant who will take care of lead tracking, onboarding, and offboarding clients, regular client communications and check-ins + more.
