FAQs
Do I need Canva Pro or Canva Free?
My suggestion is YES. Although we will be going over a lot of Canva lessons that don't require Canva PRO, there are some PRO features I would definitely love for you to take advantage of on this tutorial. I do have a Canva Link that will give you access to Canva PRO for FREE for 30 days to be able to access some of the PRO features and lessons I will be going over. What is your refund fee?
All sales are final. Once your appointment is booked, you have reserved the only time slot available for that day and time, therefore no refunds are available for missed appointments. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, you can email me at kim@keepitmovinmgt.com to reschedule.
How/where do we conduct the training?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom Video Meeting Link for your class session. The training will be provided via Zoom, and you will receive a video recording following the completion of your training for your records.
When does training start?
Training will start in the first week of October 2020. Book your appointment asap, and lock in your group training session.
Will there be a Q & A?
Yes, at the end of the class; there will be a Q & A Session to go over any questions you have from the class session.
